BAROLO

We grew up in Psychiko and dreamed of creating a place for the people of our neighborhood — a place that would bring Italy to the heart of Psychiko. Our travels to Tuscany and our love for the Italian way of life became our inspiration, while a journey through the vineyards of Barolo gave us our name. This is how an all-day Italian destination was born, combining authentic flavors, a carefully curated deli, and the warmth of the neighborhood we have known since childhood.
For our coffee, we chose illy because we share the same values: Italian tradition, exceptional quality, and perfection in every detail.

Every day in Trieste, our master tasters enhance every note of the illy blend, rich and elegant, harmonizing the variety of the seasons, the origins, and the individual lots. Behind every unforgettable coffee experience lies something more than expertise. It is passion, care, and the desire to create moments that bring people closer together. Together with partners who share our values, we elevate the coffee ritual, transforming every cup into a Cup of Love.
