Subscription

It takes just a few steps to sign up for the Machine and Coffee subscription program. It is possible to subscribe from the dedicated section of the site or by contacting customer service.

Once the 12 months foreseen by the subscription duration have passed and the 12 monthly installments have been paid, the machine is owned by the customer.

If you decide to interrupt the service of the Machine and Coffee subscription program before the contract expires, you will have to pay a cancellation penalty (depending on the machine in your possession) which provides for the payment of the missing installments only for the Machine at the time of cancellation. You can proceed independently to cancel your subscription by accessing the My Account section or by contacting customer service.

The Machine and Coffee subscription has a contractual obligation of 12 months. After the 12 months period, your program automatically updates to a Coffee subscription, including the same coffee and quantities with your initial program.

Joining the Coffee subscription program is very simple. It is possible to subscribe to a coffee subscription from the dedicated section of the site or by contacting customer service.

In case of cancellation of the Coffee subscription before the expiry of the contract, there are no cancellation penalties.

The Coffee subscription renews every 12 months until you decide to upgrade or cancel.

Choose the type of your favorite coffee from your choice of Iperespresso capsules, ESE pods, ground coffee or beans. Select the size of your subscription and your favorite aroma. You will receive your coffee monthly, comfortably at home, without any transport costs and with exclusive discounts depending on the quantity of coffee purchased.
