The quality of the coffee we enjoy in the cup is intimately bound up with the machine that makes it. We using tracing, analyse and optimise the entire coffee production cycle to provide top class, 360° After Sales Service to our customers.
Today, KAFEA TERRA’s technical support is provided by 16 experienced, specialised technicians trained by internationally renowned experts. In remote areas, where we cannot be physically present, technical support is provided by our 70 local associates who are well-organised and trained in terms of staff and facilities.

The service department is an innovation that has singled our Company out as a leader in terms of the comprehensive support it has been offering professionals and amateurs alike for more than 30 years. We have been constantly developing this part of our journey through ongoing research and investment in technological, financial and human resources, placing care for the professionals every need at the very core of what we do.The service is available 7 days a week with 4 mobile units in Athens and 3 in Thessaloniki which call at customer premises. We travel and visit the largest and most specialised equipment fairs and leading manufacturers of coffee machines and mills. We monitor every new trend keeping a close eye on technological developments and innovations that constantly change the face of our industry. Our main concern is to serve our customers' needs and offer them added value through adequate, comprehensive information.
We have been constantly developing this part of our journey through ongoing research and investment in technological, financial and human resources, placing care for the professionals every need at the very core of what we do. Yet, we provide vocational technical training to all our distributors across the country to effectively support café owners and provide service to domestic coffee machines. The service’s aim is to install, repair and configure equipment to suit the customer’s needs and keep their journeys flowing.
