SCA Seminars
The SCA Coffee Skills Program (CSP) is a modular, skills-based training program designed to prepare learners to gain more success in their career while contributing to the progress and evolution of the specialty coffee industry. The program consists of five different modules (Barista skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting & Sensory Skills) and one introductory course. Each module is offered at three different levels of knowledge and skills: Foundation, Intermediate and Professional. KAFEATERRA has been a partner and delivering SCA certification for over a decade in the Greek market.
UDC Seminars
Università del Caffè is a global network that supports -through education and practical training- all links in the coffee chain: growers, baristi, coffee businessmen, associates and distributors of illy espresso. Among the numerous branches worldwide, KAFEA TERRA’s branches in Athens & Thessaloniki have been housed since 2009 and organise special training seminars to coffee professionals who in turn become ambassadors for the culture, quality and excellence promoted by illycaffè since 1933.
